Using the website
The information, articles and example drawings on this website explain our services and approach. They are general information and project examples, not instructions or approved design information for your site. Do not use example models, quantities or drawings for construction, setting out or machine control.
Estimates and quotations
Any online estimate is indicative. A fixed quotation follows review of the supplied information and agreement of the scope, assumptions, exclusions, deliverable formats, fee and programme. Sending an enquiry does not book capacity or create an instruction to start work.
Project scope and responsibilities
Services are agreed separately in writing. The agreed quotation and engagement terms govern the work, including payment, review points, revisions, confidentiality, branding and use of deliverables. Please confirm that you are authorised to share the survey, drawings and other project information you provide.
Quantities and models depend on the supplied information and agreed assumptions. Project teams must confirm applicable design approvals, units, coordinate systems, revisions and intended use. Drainage reviews identify potential clashes or clearance issues in supplied information; they do not replace drainage design or verification of unrecorded services.
