When you enquire, we receive your name, company, email address, project type, message and any deadline, drawings or document link you choose to share. Please share only information relevant to the proposed work and make sure you have permission to provide it.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to understand the project, respond, prepare a quotation and manage any resulting engagement. We rely on steps you request before entering a contract, performance of a contract where applicable, or our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and administering our services. We also retain records where required by law. An enquiry is not a mailing-list subscription.

We retain enquiry and project records for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, deliver an engagement, meet legal record-keeping requirements and address contractual queries or claims. The appropriate period depends on the record and purpose.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to its use. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Email aaron@ringgeospatial.com; we may need to verify your identity and locate the relevant record.
